We found out today that Taye Diggs is unable to attend his induction into the Rochester Music Hall of Fame this Sunday, April 26th. We were informed of a potential scheduling conflict several days ago and have been working with him and his management to find a solution which enabled him to attend on Sunday and be on set for the start of filming his new project Monday morning but the logistics did not work out, and he regretfully informed us that he would not be able to make it.
We were looking forward to celebrating with Taye, he will still be inducted on Sunday and we have a special music segment that will include special guests and students from the School of the Arts which honors Taye’s career and accomplishments.
